CONCENTRATION NUMBER 4 ~~~~~~~~~
ok yall i decided to take inanimate objects that are replicates of parts of nature and integrate them into nature photos. is this commentary on mankind's role in nature? is this my watered down idea of surrealism?? did i just run out of ideas?? no one will ever know (ps i hope my spelling was up to par this time around) (pps technically this was posted on monday SO ITS NOT LATE)

I really like your idea and I think the fake stuff looked cool in nature. The fake flowers on the tree was my favorite. The bird picture was kind of blurry, though. Slacker.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, Clair. It’s incredibly silly and is good to see a change from the typical photo blog in this class. Your description here makes sense, it explains what you did but leaves some stuff to mystery which is a good thing so people can interpret the photos in their own way. A+. Overall I think it was a good idea, and my favorite photo is the origami bird thing flying. One not so good was probably the one with the bird because it’s blurry. It could be improved by just making sure you take a bunch of photos to ensure that you get one that is exactly how you want.
ReplyDeleteThe description makes sense for the photos. I really like your idea! The picture of the paper bird flying is my favorite because I like how it’s doing something that a real bird would do. The blue moon one is my least favorite because I wasn’t sure what it was supposed to be until I read the description. Also I think you could soften the edges a little bit to make it look more realistic. Good job!
ReplyDeleteClair your jazzy moon blows my mind. Your explanations of photos were super A+++ and I felt you so hard with all that symbolism. Symbolism is pretty legit. I'm serious your jazzy moon rox so hard. My least favorite is the bird in the leaves because it kind of freaks me out. BUT GOOD JOB OVERALL BB!
ReplyDeleteSpelling/punctuation/capitalization is improving ;) sorry to hear about your fake flowers...they sacrificed themselves for your art. This is an interesting idea. The 1st, 3rd and 5th I really like. 2nd is a little too blurry but good concept. I think the crane is the best overall and is a very nice shot. The first one I like, but a different angle would have helped...the background is not helping you. Overall very good concept and good execution. 47/50
